Smart About Wood - female carpenter in Brighton and Hove
Annie Smart is a female carpenter who has been running her own business, Smart About Wood, since 2008 and has been working in carpentry for the last seven years, initially apprenticed to a major building maintenance contractor in South East London and latterly as a project manager for a female-run construction and maintenance company.
With particular skills and experience in kitchen fitting; designing, building and installing bespoke furniture and storage solutions; laying solid and laminate flooring; and external work including decking and cladding, she is also happy to give free quotes for small domestic carpentry jobs such as timber repairs and door hanging.
